Resources & Training
We recognize the value of sharing personal stories among our participants, because our individual journeys shape our collective story. So, through lecture, film, dialogue, role play, caucus, and expectation of action, we equip our participants with what they need to change behavior and become racial justice allies and freedom partners!
“People created racism and People can end it!”
“The authors of harm must be the authors of healing”
Coaching & Consulting Sessions Include:
- Teach skills that individuals can use as they begin or continue their journey against racism
- Help build commitments to policies and practices that create long-term, sustainable change
- Invite open dialogue and discussion toward the goal of mutual understanding
- Raise awareness of oppression on interpersonal, institutional and systemic levels
