Resources & Training

We are happy to offer our expertise in Racial Justice Training that culminates from over 15 years of organizational experience and cumulative experience of over 100 years shared between our available trainers. The Black Community Focus Fund Inc. offers Racial Justice Training for transformative leadership to address the moment of racial reckoning and call for a more just society under the leadership of Rev. Myra Brown.

We recognize the value of sharing personal stories among our participants, because our individual journeys shape our collective story.  So, through lecture, film, dialogue, role play, caucus, and expectation of action, we equip our participants with what they need to change behavior and become racial justice allies and freedom partners!

“People created racism and People can end it!”
“The authors of harm must be the authors of healing”

  • Teach skills that individuals can use as they begin or continue their journey against racism
  • Help build commitments to policies and practices that create long-term, sustainable change
